• Analyze business processes and gather requirements from stakeholders to identify functional and system needs.

• Translate business requirements into functional solutions, including ERP/integration solutions where applicable.

• Prepare and maintain system documentation, including process flows, diagram flows, system design, functional specifications, and test scenarios.

• Collaborate with technical and cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and ensure solutions align with business needs.

• Support system testing (functional, integration, UAT), document issues, and coordinate their resolution.

• Present analysis results, solution proposals, and project progress to stakeholders and clients.

• Support implementation activities and provide user guidance and post-implementation support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum GPA 2.80) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), or an equivalent field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the IT industry as a Consultant or Business Analyst.

• Knowledge of accounting and its core business processes.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience building system application documentation (diagram flow, system design, etc.).

• Familiar with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

• Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using or implementing ERP/integration applications (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite, Odoo), especially in the analysis process.

• Knowledge of SQL, databases, APIs, or ERP integration concepts.

• Experience with data migration, report configuration, or post-go-live support.

• Relevant ERP or product certifications.
