Security Engineer Staff
About the Role
We are looking for a Microsoft Security & Endpoint Engineer to manage and secure enterprise endpoint devices, Microsoft 365 environments, and organizational data. You will be responsible for implementing and managing Microsoft Intune, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Microsoft Information Protection (MIP), and Microsoft Defender solutions while providing onsite technical support to users.
This role is ideal for an IT professional with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft security and endpoint management who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and working directly with enterprise users.
What You'll Do
Manage Microsoft Intune for endpoint compliance, application deployment, and patch management.
Implement and maintain MIP and DLP policies to protect sensitive data across Microsoft 365.
Manage Microsoft Defender solutions to monitor and mitigate security threats.
Provide onsite IT support, troubleshooting, configuration, and user training 2–3 times per week.
Monitor security incidents and prepare technical documentation and reports.
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure effective endpoint and security management.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure, endpoint management, or enterprise security.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, MIP, DLP, and Microsoft Defender.
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 Security, Active Directory, Azure AD, TCP/IP, VPN, and firewall.
Experience in incident response, monitoring, and technical reporting.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proactive, accountable, adaptable, and customer-oriented.
Enterprise or IT service provider experience is a plus.
