Scrum Master

Seeking a collaborative Scrum Master to guide Agile teams, remove blockers, and drive on-time delivery. Bring 2+ years in IT projects, strong communication, and a practical SDLC mindset.

What You Will Do

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure Agile practices are implemented effectively.

  • Coach and guide development teams to achieve sprint goals and project timelines.

  • Coordinate development activities and remove obstacles impacting team productivity.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and end users to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Monitor project progress and drive continuous improvement within the team.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master handling complex IT application projects.

  • Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile methodologies, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

  • Experience coaching development teams in Scrum processes and Agile best practices.

  • Good technical understanding of web-based application development.

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Maximum age 40 years old.

  • Minimum GPA 2.80.
