Sales Specialist
Job Description
Identify and generate new business opportunities from target companies.
Engage with prospective clients through calls, emails, and meetings to understand their HR and business requirements.
Present, demonstrate, and recommend HRIS solutions based on client needs.
Prepare proposals, handle negotiations, address client concerns, and manage the sales process through to closing.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline records and achieve assigned sales targets.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales with experience in the technology industry or HRIS solutions is preferred.
Good understanding of HR processes, including Recruitment, Attendance, Payroll, Performance Management, and Compensation & Benefits.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, requirement gathering, and solutioning skills.
Proactive, target-driven, adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
