Recruitment Staff (Project Based)
Job Description
Source and attract IT candidates across both software and hardware roles (Developers, Infrastructure, Support, etc.) through various channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals.
Build and maintain a strong talent pool to support IT outsourcing hiring needs.
Conduct candidate interviews, including competency and behavioral assessments, and facilitate psychological testing processes when required.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and facilitate end-to-end interview processes between candidates and clients/users.
Handle recruitment administration and ensure proper documentation.
Support and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Tech Recruiter or Talent Acquisition in the IT industry, System Integrator, or IT Outsourcing.
Strong understanding of IT recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing (competency-based & behavioral).
Familiar with psychological assessment tools and Indonesian labor law (UU Ketenagakerjaan & UUCK).
Good understanding of IT roles and hiring landscape.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with good time management and problem-solving.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
