Business Application Consultant (HRIS)
Join us as a Business Application Consultant (HRIS): implement HRIS solutions, train users, verify data, and support payroll processes with clear, collaborative guidance.
Job Description:
Conduct system implementation based on the project plan.
Perform requirement analysis.
Develop documentation (Business Blueprint, Program Specification, and Testing Scenario).
Conduct user training.
Conduct data verification.
Perform User Acceptance Test.
Provide post-implementation assistance.
Liaise with process owners and users.
Participate in training, certification, and personnel development programs.
Work closely with colleagues, developers, testers, and various end-users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in System Information or other relevant fields of study.
Min. 1 years of experiences in implementing Payroll System or HRIS Applications. Background as HR System Analyst is an advantage. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
Familiar with SQL queries.
Having knowledge and experience in payroll processes and PPh 21 tax calculations is considered an advantage.
Strong analytical skill.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Good command of English.
Stringent to deadline.
Willing to travel.
