Responsibilities
Support the sales team by providing technical and functional expertise during the sales process
Analyze client business requirements and translate them into enterprise application solutions
Deliver solution presentations, product demonstrations, and technical discussions to clients
Prepare proposals, solution documentation, and responses to RFP/RFQ/RFI
Work with sales, delivery, and technical teams to design solutions aligned with client needs
Assist in developing solution architecture and integration approaches
Participate in client meetings, workshops, and presales engagements to ensure solution alignment
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field
3–7 years of experience in enterprise application implementation or presales
Experience with enterprise applications such as Microsoft Dynamics, Epicor, or custom-built systems
Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Experience responding to RFP/RFQ/RFI and preparing technical proposals
Strong presentation and product demonstration skills
Ability to explain technical concepts in clear business language
Basic understanding of system architecture and integrations
Understanding of business process mapping and functional workflows
