We are looking for an Apps Innovation Specialist (Presales) to work closely with our sales and technical teams in designing and presenting impactful IT solutions for our clients. In this role, you will bridge business needs and technology, helping customers understand how the right solution can transform their operations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the sales team to support client engagements with technical and functional expertise

• Understand customer business challenges and requirements, and translate them into suitable IT solutions

• Deliver solution presentations, demos, and technical discussions to clients

• Prepare proposals, solution documentation, and responses to RFP/RFQ/RFI

• Work collaboratively with sales, delivery, and technical teams to design the best-fit solutions

• Assist in developing solution architecture and integration approaches

• Participate in client meetings, workshops, and presales discussions to ensure solution alignment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field

• 3–7 years of experience in IT solutions, presales, or a similar client-facing technical role

• Experience preparing technical proposals and responding to RFP/RFQ/RFI

• Strong presentation and product demonstration skills

• Ability to explain technical concepts in clear business language

• Basic understanding of system architecture and system integrations

• Strong understanding of IT solutions and enterprise technology environments

• Business-oriented, persuasive, and confident in engaging with clients

• Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
