About The Role

We are looking for a Product Specialist – Enterprise & Cloud Solutions to manage and develop our IT hardware and enterprise solution portfolio (Server, Storage, Virtualization & Cloud). In this role, you will act as the key liaison between vendors, internal teams, and customers to ensure proper product positioning, competitive strategy, and successful solution delivery.

You will work closely with sales, technical, and vendor teams to drive product growth, support pre-sales activities, and strengthen our enterprise and cloud business.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and develop enterprise and cloud product portfolios

• Support sales teams with pre-sales activities, solution design, and technical consultations

• Prepare technical proposals, product presentations, and solution demonstrations

• Conduct market analysis, pricing strategy, and product positioning

• Coordinate with vendors on programs, certifications, and product updates

• Manage sales pipeline and reporting through CRM tools

• Ensure accurate and structured technical and business documentation

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders

• Stay updated with the latest technology trends in enterprise and cloud solutions

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in IT hardware/software, enterprise solutions, or cloud computing

• Strong knowledge of servers, storage, virtualization, and cloud solutions

• Familiarity with products such as Lenovo, Dell, Nutanix, AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud, or Google Cloud

• Understanding of cloud computing, data center infrastructure, and enterprise solution concepts

• Experience preparing technical proposals and conducting product presentations

• Familiar with CRM tools, sales reporting, and pipeline management

• Vendor or product certifications are an advantage

• Strong bilingual communication skills (Indonesian and English)
