Presales Solution (Microsoft)
We are looking for Presales (Microsoft) professional to bridge customer business needs. You will play a key role in shaping solutions, supporting sales activities.
What You Will Do
Conduct requirement gathering and solution discovery with customers for Modern Workplace solutions.
Design Microsoft 365 solution architecture (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform, and Security) based on business needs.
Provide presales technical support including presentations, demos, workshops, and technical discussions with customers.
Prepare technical proposals, scope of work, and solution estimations in collaboration with the Sales team.
Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Engineers, and Support) to ensure solution feasibility and alignment with company capabilities.
Review proposed solutions and identify potential technical risks prior to deal closing.
Continuously improve technical competency through relevant Microsoft certifications and learning initiatives.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft-based solutions or related technical roles.
Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Exchange Server.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical solutions in a clear and structured way.
Fast learner with a positive attitude and strong willingness to grow.
Able to work collaboratively with both technical and business teams.
