Modern Workplace Engineer Staff

We are looking for a Modern Workplace Engineer Staff to support the implementation and operation of Microsoft-based workplace solutions for our customers.

What You Will Do

  • Implement projects based on schedules defined by the Team Leader or Project Manager.

  • Execute Modern Workspace infrastructure solutions, including: Installation, configuration, and testing of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and related technologies based on customer requirements.

  • Optimization and troubleshooting of Modern Workplace environments.

  • Provide high-quality service and technical support to customers:

    • Resolve technical issues related to Modern Workplace solutions.

    • Provide technical guidance and support to end users.

    • Collaborate with team members to support successful solution implementation.

    • Create and maintain technical documentation related to implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

  • Explore and continuously learn both new and existing technologies to improve solution quality and effectiveness.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in a relevant field.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure or Modern Workplace-related roles.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Exchange Server.

  • Good communication skills and ability to interact with customers and internal teams.

  • Fast learner with a positive attitude and strong willingness to grow.

  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
