We are looking for an ERP Functional Consultant to support requirement gathering, documentation, testing, and implementation of ERP modules, especially Supply Chain Management modules.

Job Description:

• Conduct user requirement gathering and initial assessments.

• Translate business needs into functional documentation (FSD/Blueprint).

• Communicate user requirements to the technical/development team.

• Perform system testing and validation.

• Support ERP implementation for Finance, Inventory, and Sales workflows.

• Deliver training and user guidance.

• Prepare and maintain user manuals and functional documentation.

• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Informatics, Accounting, Management, or related fields.

• 2–3 years experience in ERP implementation or ERP operations.

• Basic understanding of Procurement - Inventory - Production Planning - Distribution & Logistic - WMS - Supplier/Vendor Management flows.

• Familiar with ERP systems (any platform).

• Basic technical understanding of database/spreadsheet for analysis.

• Strong analytical and documentation skills.

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

• Detail-oriented and adaptive.
