ERP Functional Consultant (Finance / Inventory / Sales)

We are looking for an ERP Functional Consultant to support requirement gathering, documentation, testing, and implementation of ERP modules, especially Finance, Inventory, and Sales.

Job Description

  • Conduct user requirement gathering and initial assessments.

  • Translate business needs into functional documentation (FSD/Blueprint).

  • Communicate user requirements to the technical/development team.

  • Perform system testing and validation.

  • Support ERP implementation for Finance, Inventory, and Sales workflows.

  • Deliver training and user guidance.

  • Prepare and maintain user manuals and functional documentation.

  • Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Informatics, Accounting, Management, or related fields.

  • 2–3 years experience in ERP implementation or ERP operations.

  • Basic understanding of Finance, Inventory, and Sales ERP flows.

  • Familiar with ERP systems (any platform).

  • Basic technical understanding of database/spreadsheet for analysis.

  • Strong analytical and documentation skills.

  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.

  • Detail-oriented and adaptive.
