Tech Recruiter (Temporary / Project Based)
We are looking for Tech Recruiters with strong sourcing and headhunting skills, especially those who have worked in IT Staffing environments. This is a 4-month onsite (WFO) project-based role.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Headhunting
- Source and attract candidates for various IT roles (Developers, QA, DevOps, Data, Infra, Cloud, etc.).
- Conduct active headhunting and approach passive candidates on LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of IT talents for ongoing and upcoming client needs.
Screening & Candidate Management
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and motivation.
- Coordinate technical interviews with internal teams or client-side assessors.
- Maintain candidate pipelines, track progress, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.
Client & Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with the Sales team to understand specific client requirements and hiring priorities.
- Provide regular updates on candidates, progress, and potential bottlenecks.
- Support Recruitment Lead in mass hiring or urgent roles when needed.
Reporting & Tracking
- Update daily recruitment activities using internal tracking tools or ATS.
- Report key metrics such as number of sourced candidates, shortlist rate, and interview progress.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in Tech Recruitment.
- Experience in IT Outsourcing / IT Staffing is highly preferred.
- Strong hands-on sourcing and headhunting background.
- Familiarity with IT roles and technology stacks.
- Comfortable working onsite (WFO).
- Able to commit to a 4-month project-based contract.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and able to handle fast-paced hiring demands.
