Sales Specialist (IT Outsource)
We’re looking for Sales IT Outsourcing to grow new business, engage clients, and provide the right IT talent solutions to achieve revenue targets.

Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets by developing and executing sales strategies.
- Identify and approach potential clients through calls, networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Present and promote IT outsourcing services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers (HR, IT Manager, CTO, Procurement).
- Understand client needs for IT talents (Software Engineer, QA, DevOps, Data, Infra, Cloud, etc.).
- Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of talent to clients.
- Prepare proposals, pricing, and handle commercial negotiations.
- Update sales pipeline and provide regular reports using CRM or internal tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any major (preferably Management, Marketing, or IT).
- Minimum 2 years B2B sales experience, preferably in IT outsourcing / IT staffing / software industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Good understanding of IT team structure and roles.
- Knowledge of IT outsourcing business models
- Able to create proposals and deliver professional presentations.
